I can’t find anything to support B as a correct answer. I did however find this blog “http://blogs.msdn.com/b/virtual_pc_guy/archive/2010/09/02/guest-paging-vs-virtualization-paging-and-negative-memory-availability.aspx” that suggests B is not a good choice.
