   Both LLDP and CDP are discovery protocols option in VSS and VDS

   CDP is available for vSphere standard switches and vSphere distributed switches connected to Cisco physical switches. LLDP is available for vSphere distributed switches version 5.0.0 and later. While vDS supports CDP the question is asking what “specific” features are only for the VMware environment. Trick question.
