In the real world the correct answer IS C.
LUNs may be discovered during boot, but that doesn’t mean they cant be discovered by a manual scan after boot.

Definitely C is the answer. When you add a new LUN, you do not need to reboot esxi. It takes a manual rescan. Question is not phrased correctly. Both, B and C are correct depending on a scenario
