   C & D is correct.

   Microsoft Cluster Service (MSCS)

   A typical clustering setup includes:
   * Disks that are shared between nodes … the shared disk must be on a Fibre Channel (FC) SAN, FCoE or iSCSI.
   * A private heartbeat network between nodes.
