I think this one is a tricky question, because both VMFS5 and VMFS6 allow storage space reclamation, but VMFS6 has automatic space reclamation.
You can specify the threshold of space reclamation in vSphere Web Client also. Considering that this exam is for 6.5, the new filesystem is presented in this version. esxcli storage vmfs unmap is for manual space reclamation. I think i would go with
A,D as correct answers.
