I think there is no 100% good answer for this question. The referred article is about 7-Mode. My concerns are the followings:
1. The “A” is also a good answer. No configuration is required. ALUA is enabled by default.
2. The answer “C” is not perfect. ALUA is supported and enabled by default on both FC and iSCSI.
