    You have an existing GPO. Now you need to allow a standard user to link that GPO to an OU. That permission needs to be set on the OU. So you give User1 permission to link a GPO on OU1’s security tab. Keep in mind, this means that if you have any more GPO’s, this user can link them all to OU1.

    The answer is C.
