MyDistributionGroupMembership management role enables individual users to view and modify their membership in distribution groups in an organization, provided that those distribution groups allow manipulation of group membership. Enabled by default -YES

MyDistributionGroups management role enables individual users to create, modify, and view distribution groups, and to modify, view, remove, and ADD MEMBERS to distribution groups they own. Enabled by default -NO

Default Role Assignment Policy is automatically assigned to users when their mailbox is created or moved to an Exchange server unless another role assignment policy is explicitly assigned. A mailbox can only be assigned a single role assignment policy at a time.
