    i would choose data drive premium, transaction log standard (up to 500 iops)
    and temp db on local storage ( DS-series VMs have roughly 4,000 IOPS and 33-MB/s throughput per core for cache and local SSD I/Os.)
    and the vm size ds3 becasue the other 2 does not support premium storage
