The reason the answers are wrong is that aiotestking simply copies and pastes answers from previous test versions. The question used to be which two domains you could NOT migrate. If fact, that is also a test question in MS Exam Ref 70-356.
Be careful if you see this on an exam as MS seems to use both versions of the question.
