    1. Start a Windows PowerShell command window and type Initialize-ADDevice
    Registration.

    2. When prompted for a service account, type contoso\fsgmsa$. Now run the WindowsPowerShell cmdlet.

    Enable-AdfsDeviceRegistration

    3. On the AD FS server, in the AD FS Management console, navigate to the Authentication Policies tab. Select Edit Global Primary Authentication. Select the Enable Device Authentication check box and click OK.
