AD Sites and Services has nothing to do with it, Frsutil is not correct tool name.

Based on the description posted at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc180820.aspx, i t wouldn’t be Ultrasound, as it is a diagnostic tool, not a replication management tool. If option A were replaced with adsiedit, that would make more sense.
