I was thinking the same way as Chris, but then realized that: if you have local instance of GitHub but WITHOUT any repo configured yet, then you can start connecting your Web Apps to use this GitHub as repo will be crated automatically in the process. That’s why I’m thinking that given answer is correct.

Yes jml you are right. It’s a local Git repo. So 1st and 2nd box in answer should be switched.
