Wrong again. you use Dirsync, The question does not state it wants you to disable it forever.
ACD Fulfills this. Configure dirsync with a filter(D) to ignore certain users with an attribute(A). Lastly perform the first full sync (C).

Dirsync is installed but not configured/in use. It has never migrated users since you’re still in the planning phase.

    The correct answer is A D C

You cant do E => would disable DirSync (now AADSync) and by doing B the user accounts would be disabled and therefore couldn’t authenticate any longer to the local AD (all users must continue to authenticate)
