configuring the backup vault is the process on portal where we specify the source location to be backed up, after that we can download the agent but we cannot install it without vault credentials, so we need to download the vault credentials first than download and install the backup agent on source servers

`vault credentials` are only needed for `register the server` not for `download and install the backup agent`. Even if you do step `Configure the backup vault` `Download vault credentials` is right after `download and install the backup agent`. Thus, this is correct. If the questions stated `download and install and CONFIGURE the backup agent` it would be before this step.
