    I agree with Frank, the answer is D. It’s the Office 365 users who cannot view the free/busy info of users with on premises mailboxes.

    Microsoft link below explains the reverse scenario where it’s the on premises Exchange users who cannot view the free/busy info of Office 365 users and in that event, you would access “Microsoft Exchange On-Premises – Organization Configuration.”

    A is correct.
    O365 is sharing with OnPrem and the reason they are able to see F/B of O365, while OnPrem is not sharing, so the configuration needs to be done OnPrem.
