    I think you may find its B and C. The test environment does not state its a Domain therefore AD DS not required

    The question ask which “Network Services”.

    If WDS is installed in Workgroup mode AD DS is not needed. – referencing the MS link you posted “AD DS is not required if the WDS server is configured in Standalone mode.”
