You install a Groove Server Manager server and a Groove Server Relay server. A firewall separates your network and the Internet.

You need to configure the firewall to support the following requirements:

Groove must attempt the least amount of connections to the Groove servers.

Groove must be able to communicate with the Groove servers from the Internet.

Groove must be able to communicate with the Groove servers when connecting from the local area network.
