Based on the link from OSA and the image from Mark, D should be included since w8 is supported.
Answer C is questionable. The image shows ESXi v5, but the supported Hypervisor is vSphere 5 w/ update 4 in OSA’s link. This blog from VMWare says both ESXi & vSphere 5.0 w/update 2 are required. http://blogs.vmware.com/apps/2013/01/windows-server-2012-vm-generation-id-support-in-vsphere.html In either case, since the exhibit does not include a reference to an update being installed, I would say it is the base install which does not meet the requirement.
