I’d choose D. Get-WindowsOptionalFeature. It’ll display a long list of all features on the server and show their current status as disabled/enabled or something similar.
B. Get-Package will show the “applications” that have been installed, pretty much just like what you may see in “Programs & Features” in Control Panel. Can’t seem to find anything related to DNS here.
