    I think that the correct answer is A.

    MAK is recomanded for 5-20 activations but we cannot use KMS.

    The key is on this sentence: “The computers do not have access to the corporate network.”

    Key Management Service (KMS) allows you to place an activation server on the local area network.
    Rather than activate on the Microsoft activation servers on the Internet, clients activate on the KMS server on the LAN. Clients locate KMS servers using DNS. Because KMS provides activation servers, you should not expose a KMS server to hosts on the Internet by allowing direct access from the Internet. You can also configure clients to use a specific KMS server by using the VAMT.

    In other words, no access to the corporate network, no KMS, and as much (MAK) Proxy, less effort -(MAK) Independent takes more effort to install licenses-. That is why, A better than C or D option.

    In my opinion, another tricky and unfair question of these tests.
