So, your link explains the DNS Block Feature, but I think the answer to the question is unintentionally incorrect. The Global Query Block List is meant to block things like ISATAP and has nothing to do with DNS.
I think that whomever entered the answer options maybe got confused or something.That’s why I say unintentionally incorrect.
