    Is D really correct? Maybe A?
    Inbound traffic should be blocked by default and if I create one outbound blocking rule, including all ports at once, the problem should be solved.

    If I assume that there is already a possibility for inbound traffic, I would say B.

    Please correct me, if I am wrong.

    I think its B.
    Because you can block all 3 ports in 1 rule (1x outbound, and 1x inbound).
    And the question says: Minimum number of rules.
    Minimum is 2 rules.

    If all ports are seperatly configured its 6 rules, maximum.
