Is D really correct? Maybe A?
Inbound traffic should be blocked by default and if I create one outbound blocking rule, including all ports at once, the problem should be solved.
If I assume that there is already a possibility for inbound traffic, I would say B.
Please correct me, if I am wrong.

I think it’s D, because in the firewall settings a rule should be made for each setting and each port.

I think its B.
Because you can block all 3 ports in 1 rule (1x outbound, and 1x inbound).
And the question says: Minimum number of rules.
Minimum is 2 rules.
If all ports are seperatly configured its 6 rules, maximum.

2 rules

2 is the only correct answer.
