I don’t think so. The intro states: “– Migrate client computers that run Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 Enterprise.” So there will be no more win7 images needed (the telemarketing people have their own pc, so they will not be migrated).
Furthermore, a single wim file can contain multiple versions of the same os (pro/enterprise), so I think the correct answer is:
