    privileges needs to run the preparation steps before the Exchange administrator can install
    Exchange 2013 servers.

    Correct answers should be as we need to restrict the number of permissions assigned to ExchangeAdmin . Member of Delegated Setup is very much capable of installing CU1 on 1st exchange server in an environment.
