    This is incorrect. Says your company “Plans to deploy” Exchange 2013. You need to prepare schema to have it updated to the appropriate version support by exchange 2013.

    The answer is correct. setup /preparead will prep the schema for you. the reason there is a separate command for it is… if you have an organization where the duties of extending schema is separate.
