Assuming you have a Server 2016 available, which you should, since just cramming exam questions may help you pass but it won’t help you learn, open up Group Policy Management and see.
The first thing you see on the Status tab is its purpose:
“This page shows the status of Active Directory and SYSVOL replication for this domain as it relates to Group Policy.”
At the bottom you’ll find a Detect Now. Click on it, and you’ll know why C is the correct answer.
