    I am testing an SRX anti-spam feature. Looks like I have a misunderstanding
    of how local list filtering works. According to doc and Junos Security book,
    the processing sequence is as follows:

    1. IP on whitelist
    2. IP on blacklist
    3. IP on SBL server
    4. Domain name on whitelist
    5. Domain name on blacklist
    6. e-mail on whitelist
    7. e-mail on blacklist
