   The right answer is B using the Juniper formula:
   LABEL = Local Site ID + Remote Base Label – Remote Offset Lebel

   Right Answer is A only
   Transmit label = Remote Base + Local Site ID + Remote Offset
   Receive Label = Local Base + Remote Site ID + Local Offset.
