Angelos, what do you mean? The question is logical and valid. In HTTP and other protocols %20, %13 or such are used to replace space and carriage returns to initiate cross scripting attacks. B and C are automatic NO but A looks somewhat tempting. And since “hexa decimal” wording was brought up in question the answer is D.
