There is no enable disable option for FAST VP now. Once you have multiple tiers in a pool it does kick off itself by default as long as you have FAST VP installed. Maybe the chosen answer is pointing to what I just mentioned. But enable/disable does not fit in current VNX. Not sure about previous model.
