You are using the MMC Snapin elerra Unix Attributes Users/Groups Migration tool to Migrate Unix user UID’s from NIS passwd file. Users have the same username in UNIX and Windows. The tool will not migrate any users, however you are able to manually assign UID and GID through Active Directory.
