    This is incorrect. The answer should be D. If the software is “new and relatively unknown,” there would be no reason to blacklist it. Only a whitelist would block installation of unknown software. The answer is therefore Application White Listing.

    The correct answer is whitelisting. This is a new and unknown program–it would not be on the blacklist. Since it is not on the whitelist, people cannot install it on the system. D is the correct answer.
