mmm i´m confused, look http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/wcs/7.0MR1/configuration/guide/clientmgmt.html#wp1185909 the Figure 10-14, then tells you to Click the icon to the right of the Client MAC Address that you want to troubleshoot. The Troubleshooting Client page appears (see Figure 10-15). If you are troubleshooting a Cisco Compatible Extension v5 client, your Troubleshooting Client page has additional tabs like the page referenced in Figure 10-19.

I think C is correct – the selection is pertaining to the Monitor tab – the only option is you will look for the MAC address.
To enter the MAC address in the Client Troubleshooting – it is on the WCS Home – Client Tab. This is not in the selection.

Thank you John,
I found what you said is correct. D is not from Monitor.
Still I wonder if we can ‘click’ mac address…

Sorry, I should have noticed Cisco says D is possible from Monitor.
Anyway this is not a good question.
I should stop speaking about this question…

Step 1 Choose Monitor > Clients.
Step 2 In the Quick Search area, type the MAC address of the client and click Search. The Search Results page appears (see Figure 11-13).
Step 3 Click View List to see the clients that matched the search criteria in the Clients page. The Monitor > Clients page appears (see Figure 11-14).

Correct answer is C, this is a change from the 721 exam to 722…Or actually its change from WCS 5.* to WCS 7.*…
Watch out for 1st edition technical books…too many errors and confusions to be good material for a exam…

Answer should be C, because if you had to enter the client’s mac address you do not have to follow the process “monitor >> Client”. Instead you can just use the the quick search. all the answers are following the process “Monitor >> Clients ” etc.. so you can guess it should C.
