   Neighbor group: Allows you to apply the same configuration to one or more neighbors.
   Neighbor groups can include session groups and address family groups, and can make up
   the complete configuration for a neighbor.

   Neighbor groups can inherit from address family groups, session groups, and other neighbor groups.

   For address family-independent configuration, the following applies:
   * Neighbors can inherit from session groups and neighbor groups.
   * Neighbor groups can inherit from session groups and other neighbor groups.
   * Session groups can inherit from other session groups.
   For address family-dependent configurations, the following applies:
   * Address family groups can inherit from other address family groups.
   * Neighbor groups can inherit from address family groups and other neighbor groups.
