I have my doubts with this answer for two reasons:
– TKIP does not define broadcast nor unicast key rotation. That is defined by 802.11i/WPA. Both keys are derived from the PMK key. TKIP only enhances the WEP cipher mehod.
– TKIP uses symmetric encryption keys (the PTK) which is then mixed with the senders MAC, the packet number and the IV to produce a final key stream.
So, I would say, given the question, that the answer should be C, D, E.

It uses broadcast key rotation. The answer is right. I read it in the quick reference.
