The following configuration steps have been completed:
• WebVPN was enabled on the ASA outside interface.
• SSL VPN client software was loaded to the ASA.
• A DHCP scope was configured and applied to a WebVPN Tunnel Group.
What additional step is required if the client software fails to load when connecting to the
ASA SSL page?

The SSL client must be loaded to the client by an ASA administrator

The SSL client must be downloaded to the client via FTP

The SSL VPN client must be enabled on the ASA after loading

I am not totally sure, because i have not work with the SSL VPN Client before, but i think Ahmad is right (answer “C” is correct). I just found a document too, http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/asa-5500-x-series-next-generation-firewalls/70511-sslvpnclient-asa.html, press control+F and search for “Step 2. Install and Enable the SSL VPN Client on the ASA” (without quotes). There is an icon there which shows the vpn installation and enable process! i hope this to help 🙂
