What about the backup copy of your data ? It is always wiser to choose the CRR in case of critical data. They haven’t mentioned about cost minimizing so, option A is perfect. This has been suggested by one of the AWS architect.

Saw this question on the SAA exam! The answer is D.
Although, by default, Amazon S3 stores your data across multiple geographically distant Availability Zones, compliance requirements might dictate that you store data at even further distances. Cross-region replication allows you to replicate data between distant AWS regions to satisfy these compliance requirements.
Cross region replication is new and was not available at the time of creating the test questions.
