    SAN is block-based storage, which is accessible using Fibre Channel or iSCSI. So B, C and D are all ruled out.

    NAS is file-based storage. NFS is a NAS storage type.

    SAN is good for its flexibility, but it is expensive and complicated. It is Enterprise level application.

    NAS is simple and affordable to be used for less critical environment.
