ESXi 5.5 supports only LAHF and SAHF CPU instructions.

The correct answer is B. LAHF/SAHF are CPU instructions, your CPU either supports them or it does not, this can never be configured in the BIOS. In other words, while LAHF and SAHF compatibility are a requirement, they are not configurable.
NX/XD on the other hand are configurable in most BIOSes, albeit frequently under different names.

C is need to avoid problems with VMmotion.
D is recommend to active for best performance.
