    the control plane communication between the ESXi hosts and the controller cluster to populate the VTEP, MAC and ARP tables on the controller nodes.

    VM populates its ARP cache, it will be able to send data traffic to other VMs,

    B is more relevant as the q says which one simplifies network,D is a feature of having controllers and specifically uni-cast and hybrid replication,which I thing does not simplify something,it does reduce ARP broadcasts
