Its just the data of my documents folder. That is no problem to migrate.
You can not update the OS from 32bit to 64bit.
So answer USMT is correct.

A. Not upgrading but deploying NEW. USMT does not x64 to x86.

So just transferring user’s data, not applications etc. and windows easy transfer is applicable for small number of PCs, this case there are 100 PCs data to be migrated.

WET or USMT cannot transfer from 64 to 32 bit, so the easiest solution here is A

You cannot mix 32 bit and 64 bit architectures using WET or USMT commands. You can simply copy documents from one system to another using an external drive (HD or flash drive)
