Hai Joel, A part of the questions is: You need to to install the updates as soons as possible. This means, what is the fastest way.Login of and on is the fastest way right? Correct me if I am wrong.

They talk about Apps update, not Windows update. B,C & D should be excluded then.

Indeed, Windows Updates has nothing to do with the Apps, they are not “Microsoft products” you can include in Windows Updates setting.
The quickest way I think would be to launch the update manually from the Store but there’s no such choice here.
I understood that the Apps update automatically as soon as the update is available, as long as the App is not running. Login off and on ensures that all the services associated to the App are closed.
