      The correct answer should be D – it is a function of the SmartScreen to require administrator approval for downloaded programs. UAC does not prevent running programs, it is a notifying option.

    I’m sure it’s C, at least the others are not true

    for A: internet zone privacy is for cookies not for downloaded apps
    for B: internet zone security level to medium, just prompt BEFORE the download
    for D: smartscreen filter is designed to warn you if the website you are visiting impersonating another website or contains threats to your computer(internet explorer>gear button>safety>turn on smartscreen filter)

    The correct answer is C

    because: Users can run applications that have been downloaded from the Internet only with administrator approval.

    Smartscreen is not blocking or stopping the applications from running with administrative approval.
