    Had to look this one up. Advance Auditing Policies can only be applied via GPO to Windows 7 and above, and to Server 2008 R2 and above. Question states client computers are running Vista. Prior to 7 and 2008 R2, you had to use start up scripts to run auditpol.exe

    So the answer (A) is correct.
