    I dont know why “Configuration files and diagnostic data including metrics and crash dumps” should be in File Storage, i mean it could be valid, but Blob storage too.

    Other answers i agree.

        An Azure File share is a convenient place for cloud applications to write their logs, metrics, and crash dumps.
