    It is “Client”. Here is why.
    It mentions Print Management “node” so is the top option “Print Management” actually a “node”? Also, technically you can do it from both (just did this). The difference is when right-clicking Client you get the option to import from file. When right-clicking Print Management you first have to choose to migrate and THEN you can chose to import from file as well. In this case I believe client is the answer because of the two concerns with choosing Print Management (mentioned above)
