What should you include in your plan?

Your company has a main office and a branch office. The offices connect by using WAN links. The network
consists of a single Active Directory domain.
An Active Directory site exists for each office. Servers in both offices run Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
You plan to deploy a failover cluster solution to service users in both offices.
You need to plan a failover cluster to meet the following requirements:
Maintain the availability of services if a single server fails.
Minimize the number of servers required.

Explanation:
MULTI-SITE FAILOVER CLUSTERING
There are several requirements and recommendations for a multi-site cluster. For Number of Nodes and
Quorum Configuration, an even number of nodes with Node and File Share Majority option is recommended.
The file share witness is suggested to be located at a third site, that is, a different location from the main site
and secondary site, so that it is not lost if one of the other two sites has problems.
It is also possible to design a multi-site cluster that has an odd number of nodes (except as previously noted for
Exchange Server 2007), with the majority of nodes at the main site. This design should use the Node Majority
quorum configuration (as should all configurations with an odd number of nodes). Note that with this design,
complete failure of the main site requires you to intervene and force the cluster to start at the secondary site,
because the secondary site has only a minority of nodes. Forcing the cluster to start in this way is called forcing
quorum.

Im Sure that it must be D.
Agree that The tecnic has to bw multi dite failover
clustering that exists with The build if 2007 r2.

if you want ha, you do not want single nodes in sites.
a four node multi site Cluster is The design in real.
two in wach with File whitness separater, so that a split
Problem could be solved by communication lost between The sites.
