Why does the Onboarding Planning Tool (OPT) provide ways to change IBM Lotus Notes
client usage information that is collected from a mail user’s Person document in the IBM
Lotus Domino Directory?

The Lotus Notes client usage information in a Person document becomes stale over time
and there is no way to tell if it is accurate.

A Person document lists all versions of the Lotus Notes client that the mail user has used
in the past. OPT selects the most recent entry from that list, but the user might no longer be
using that particular version of the client and might have reverted back to using a version
recorded earlier in the list.

C.
In addition to listing all versions of the Lotus Notes client that the mail user has used in
the past, a Person document also lists versions that are scheduled to be deployed but not
yet deployed, and OPT might have selected one of the versions not yet deployed by
mistake.

D.
OPT does not provide ways to change Lotus Notes client usage information.
